When my husband and I bought The Pregnancy Calendar, most people’s first reaction was confusion: why buy a pregnancy calendar from the 1980s in a world where you can Google everything? But once we looked closer, we realized it was more than a nostalgic keepsake. Originally created by my mom, my aunt, and a close family friend, the calendar was designed to help women understand what was happening in their bodies during pregnancy — long before the internet made information instantly available.
